Dear Sirs,
I know your name and your recruitment info from www.headhunter.com and I found the SAP QM job may fit to my career plan and therefore I am sending this inquiry letter together with a resume of mine for your reference.
I was involved in quality back to 1990 while working at GNPJVC, a commercial nuclear power station with investment and technologies from France, UK, the US and a number of other countries. And after GNPJVC I was the quality manager of Siemens Heimann Shenzhen and helped the company significantly reduced its reject rate and increased its market portion. While I was a qualified auditor of TUeV Rheinland I had pioneered the certification market and helped the company win one of the most important clients - Shanghai Volkawagen. Later on, at ALSTOM, I also took charge of quality and supplier inspection for the company's industrial group. And last as the global sourcing manager for Babcock's China operation, apart from my purchasing role I was also in charge of assurance of the quality of goods and services from our local suppliers for our utility boiler project in Shangdong province, China. Recently as a free consultant, I helped a local company to design and configure its online quality assurance documentation services. More details see CV below.

I hold a master of science degree from one of China's top universities, majoring in thermal engineering. My undergraduate study was thermal power machines at the same university in shanghai, China.
Thank you for your kind consideration of my application. and I wish to hear from you soon.
Sincerely yours,
(Mr) Chen Minghua
