procedure and cost freightened me away. In addition,

| I have been trying to get financial aids since
the last couple of years. The last Business Plan
( in English and in Chinese as well) were presented to several investors both
locally and internationally, but failed. |

| Solaires
Power International - SPI - was our service name to promote the information
and consulting services for the electricity power
generation industry of the world before SBI. |
| |
| We have also registered a company or rather, a
private research institute under this English name
- its official chinese name was - 杭州时力电力信息技术研究所,
or abbreviated as 时力,
with a small office in the downtown area's Tiyuchang
Road, close to the provincial electricity company.
The purpose is clear. |

| To register such a small business, I have to run
over the city. To run the business, I have first
to study the taxation policies and regulations,
to pass an exam and to obtain a license for reporting
monthly tax reports. For that purpose, I have compiled
myself several taxation files in Microsoft Excel
- see below - but they were never used because my
business was never running and the tax reporting
was simple - I collected all bills and invoices
and then at the end of the month, use a table to
handwrite them and make statistics. |

| Currently when you run a small business, you have
to pay Business Tax, Income Tax and Miscellaneous
Taxes, all about 20%, see here.
If you have no revenues at all, you don't need to
pay of course. |
