QUARTERLY REPORTS
Clients receive quarterly performance, position and realized gain/loss reports. The performance review indicates the account's return for the prior quarter, the year-to-date return and the total return since inception and compares investment performance with the performance of the major indices.? We also provide a quarterly newsletter, The Compass, and a mid-quarter review.? We are also available for regular meetings with our clients to evaluate their portfolios.
CUSTODY OF ASSETS
Custody of the assets under management resides with the bank or brokerage house of the client's choosing.? us receives a limited power of attorney to buy and sell securities for the client's account.? Clients still receive trading confirmations and monthly statements directly from the brokerage firm.
COMPENSATION
We are compensated on a fee-only basis, depending on the assets under management, from 1.00% to 0.25% per year.? We do not receive brokerage commissions or any other compensation.? Thus, our interest in enhancing investment value is aligned with the interests of our clients.
This was a service and software development project for the well-being class in the province through a specifically developed software called WealthMan. Once I have configured a software package that will be able to monitor and even to manage all the properties and assets of wealthy people, incl. stocks, cash in banks, securities, houses, cars, airplanes, yachts, luxes, antiques and furniture, paintings and any other valuables. The use may view his/her assets anytime and operate the stock buying and selling through that piece of software. But it is a fairly sophisticated system and cannot be realized by me alone.
If correctly managed, trade can bring some big and quick money to anybody, that is also something one can’t reject. In the past:

How to make your name known to Chinese consumers ?
Traditionally a business would setup a marketing/sales office in China's main commercial centers (e.g. Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou) to gain access to chinese buyers.
A well located office is the very first step towards a China market journey - you need to recruit a team of normally local personnel with enough knowledge of your company, products, technologies and good English skills. And they shall have sound background in sales/marketing. These persons shall have good relations with government, industries and sales channel.
?While your own employees can get direct contact with possible customers - that's usually done by phone calls, sending promotion materials via mails, faxes, and now emails, visiting some of your friends or friends's friends - but all these proved to be insufficient - you still have to pay for advertisement fees to specialist companies, newspaper, magazines, TV program providers, etc.

How to do business with us ?
First send us your documents - either texts, pictures in a proper form - we prefer in electronic form, such as MS Office document format, HTML format, PDF format, JPG/GIF/BMP/TIFF formats for pictures and animation, so that our processing time is at minimum. Of course you can also send your materials in hard copy format, and then we need to scan and process them to convert to web form.
We will estimate the cost and time needed for publishing your information to selected websites. The publishing involves planning, translation, designing and editing, publishing, testing and maintenance services. We will submit our proposal to you for discussion.
When we agree on the contract, normally we shall sign a contract - either in signed email, fax or hard paper forms - and upon signing the contract you're required to pay an installment to cover our cost for start of the whole project. For small amount of contract value, there will be no installment.
After we finish our design and publishing, you are asked to review the work as soon as possible and give your comment if any. If no problems are found or only minor errors exist, you're required to inform us of your acceptance immediately by email or other proper ways, and you're obliged to pay the rest of the contract price to us within specified timetable.
We will periodically check the availability of your publishing to assure its proper display to visitors and to make any remedy to correct any errors possible. For any upgrading or other modifications, we need to go the same process again, but in a simpler way.

Hangzhou is the capital of the coastal province of Zhejiang. In 2002, about GDP 170 billion Yuan RMB (ca EURO 19 billion) was generated, or a per capita GDP of EURO 3167 (population in Hangzhou reached about 6 million in all - 3 million in the town and the rest in the suburban or urban areas).
